Learning and group discussion around what awareness is and how self-defence is more than
mere moves to deflect an attack.

4. Self-defence technique
Learning the actual techniques and efficacy of body, limb and weight movement. Learning
power of voice and using everyday things as defence.
Lunch – light, healthy meal provided by TFN. All dietary special
requirements to be confirmed upon cooking.
